2. Services
New Life Kitchen provides meal plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Our services include the preparation and delivery of meals to your specified address. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
3. Payment
We accept payments via secured payment gateways, including card payments and Apple Pay. We use Paymob as our payment gateway provider. Paymob is a well-known and trusted brand in the payment industry, ensuring secure and reliable transactions for our customers.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All transactions are processed securely, and customer payment information is not stored unless explicitly agreed upon by the customer.
4. Refund Policy
No purchases can be refunded under any conditions. Once a product is purchased, the customer cannot transfer it to another name or request a refund. However, customers may request a change of delivery address, which must be notified at least a week in advance. A change of address is allowed only once a month.
5. Cooler Boxes and Ice Packs
Each customer will be provided with:
- 2 cooler boxes (each worth AED 82)
- 4 ice packs (each worth AED 15)
If these items are lost or damaged, the client will be charged for each.
6. Customer Conduct
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of UAE laws, will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of New Life Kitchen and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
New Life Kitchen is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal information.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
